25a. Contracting parties

For customers whose billing address lies outside the United Kingdom, Findmypast Limited acts as agent on behalf of the local contracting entity responsible for providing the Service as follows:

• United States: Mocavo Inc.  

• Ireland: Findmypast Ireland Limited  

• Australia: Findmypast Australasia Pty Ltd  

For customers in all other territories (including Canada and New Zealand) the contracting party is Findmypast Limited.  

The entity listed above for your country is the contracting party to your subscription and is responsible for supplying the Service under these Terms.
