This week, we have two new military collections to explore, and we've updated a third with new additions. Spanning the 1600s and into the 20th century, these latest releases could unlock undiscovered military stories in your family tree.
Surrey, Southwark Military Tribunals
Delve into this new collection of wartime tribunal minutes from Southwark Archives, where men appealed for exemption from military service.
British Army, Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment)
We've added over 1,200 new records to this regimental record set. In them, you could uncover your ancestor's dates of service, the wars they served in, and other personal information.
Central Association Volunteer Training Corps Enrolment Forms, 1916
This fascinating collection from Southwark Archives charts the names and stories of local men who joined the Central Association Volunteer Training Corps in 1916.
